INDYCAR and Parkside Cards Team Up for Exciting New Trading Card Series

As the 2024 INDYCAR season approaches, fans of the open-wheel racing circuit have something extra to look forward to—a brand-new series of trading cards. INDYCAR has partnered with Parkside Cards to bring fans closer to the action with collectibles, contests, and giveaways, enhancing the race weekend experience.

The INDYCAR Collection by Parkside will be available to fans at race events, in retail stores, and online, with the company planning exciting engagement initiatives. Fans can look forward to redemption cards for signed memorabilia and a contest offering a grand prize trip to the iconic Indy 500.

Parkside Cards, known for its card collections for the US Women’s National Soccer Team and the National Women’s Soccer League, is expanding its portfolio with this motorsport partnership. The INDYCAR Collection Hobby boxes, priced at $88.99 plus shipping, contain 20 packs with eight cards each, ensuring two autographed cards per box. Retail hanger packs feature 25 cards, with an autographed card included in every 18th pack.

What makes this collection unique are the relic cards containing actual brick pieces from the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, providing fans with a tangible piece of racing history. The base set includes 162 cards and is complemented by a 72-card Marquee Moments insert set, Race Events, Pit Pass, and Indy NXT thematic inserts. Autographs from 27 different drivers are available, with special Blue, Black, and 1/1 Gold parallels enhancing the collectibility of the series.

Mark Miles, President and CEO of Penske Entertainment Corp., expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership, recognizing trading cards as a means for fans to connect with the sport’s stars. The new INDYCAR card series is expected to offer fans a dynamic way to engage with the personalities and talents of the sport.

Pre-sales for the 2024 INDYCAR boxes are already underway, with the racing season set to kick off in St. Petersburg, FL, on March 10. This exciting collaboration between INDYCAR and Parkside Cards is a welcome development for racing enthusiasts and collectors alike, offering a fresh and interactive way to celebrate the thrill of INDYCAR racing.
