Whatnot Rewards Club: Enhancing Buyer-Seller Interactions

Whatnot is thrilled to unveil its latest innovation – the Rewards Club. This exciting addition is set to revolutionize the way buyers and sellers interact on the platform. Let’s dive into the details of this new loyalty program and how it aims to elevate the overall shopping experience.

The Rewards Club works as an achievement-based loyalty program, benefiting both buyers and sellers. By simplifying transactions, tracking interactions, and offering rewards, it aims to foster stronger connections between users. This program is always active, user-friendly, and promises fun rewards and recognition along the way.

One of the standout features of the Rewards Club is its customization options for sellers. Recognizing that every seller’s business is unique, the program allows sellers to tailor their loyalty program to align with their specific goals and community preferences. This flexibility ensures that each seller can create a program that resonates with their audience.

The program is structured around five tiers – Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Sellers set unique achievement goals for each tier, which can be based on metrics like the number of shows watched, purchases made, or total amount spent. By unlocking these tiers, members can earn a host of rewards and benefits, including exclusive status badges, coupons, and access to tier-specific shows.

To keep things fresh and engaging, the Rewards Club runs on a seasonal basis, with resets occurring every three months. This schedule provides sellers with the opportunity to refine and enhance their offerings regularly. Whether it’s winter, spring, summer, or fall, sellers can adapt their programs to keep users excited and engaged throughout the year.

The customizable nature of the Rewards Club extends to managing tiers and achievements. Sellers have the freedom to adjust their program at any time during a season and fine-tune it based on user engagement and feedback. This hands-on approach empowers sellers to optimize their loyalty program for maximum impact.

Currently in the beta testing phase, the Rewards Club is gearing up for its official launch with Season 1 starting on September 1. Sellers can participate in the beta test, make adjustments to their tiers, and seek support from their Account Manager or Whatnot Support to ensure a seamless transition into the full program.

For sellers looking to get started, there are specific requirements to qualify for participation. These include processing 50 or more non-giveaway orders, earning over $1,000 on Whatnot, maintaining a seller rating of 4.8 or higher, and meeting other eligibility criteria. By meeting these standards, sellers can unlock the full potential of the Rewards Club and enhance their selling experience.

Buyers are automatically enrolled in a seller’s Rewards Club upon making a purchase. Managing coupons and rewards is made easy through the Rewards Club overview page, allowing buyers to track their achievements and enjoy the benefits offered. It’s important to note that purchases made using coupons are final, adding a layer of assurance to the shopping experience.

Achievements within the program are tracked based on the total amount spent, including taxes and shipping fees. While discounts applied through coupons do not contribute to spending achievements, they still offer valuable perks to buyers. Additionally, members have control over the visibility of their Rewards Badges during live shows, ensuring privacy preferences are respected at all times.

As the Rewards Club continues to roll out, Whatnot remains committed to providing support and assistance to all users. Whether you have questions regarding the program or need help navigating its features, the support team is just a click away. Join Whatnot’s Rewards Club today and elevate your buying and selling experiences to new heights.
